1. Who can use CycleIQ

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. CycleIQ is currently invite-only: you need an invitation code to create an account.

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Each account is for one person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

2. What CycleIQ is, and what it isn't

CycleIQ is an information service. It reads companies' public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), compares each company's results with its own history, and publishes a reading of where its business stands in its cycle, with the evidence behind it.

CycleIQ is published for general information, to everyone on the same terms. It is not personalized to you. Jugaad Analytics, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, does not act as your fiduciary, and does not tell you to buy, sell or hold any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

CycleIQ offers a Free plan and paid plans, described on the Plans & pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.

Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and we charge the payment method on file at the start of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card number.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. A monthly plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. For an annual plan, cancel at least 14 days before it renews and you won't be charged again; it runs to the end of its year. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Founding prices. A founding price is annual only and stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active. If it lapses, a new subscription is at the price then in effect.

Price changes. We may change list prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription, and it takes effect at your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

4. How you may use CycleIQ

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use CycleIQ for your own investing and research while your account is active.

You may mention or quote an individual reading in your own discussion, for example in a forum post, if you name CycleIQ as the source. You may not republish CycleIQ's lists, data or pages in bulk, or present them as your own.

You agree not to:

• share your login, or let anyone else use your account;
• copy, scrape, download in bulk or harvest CycleIQ's content by automated means;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute CycleIQ or its data, or use it to build a competing product or to train an AI model;
• get around plan limits, security or access controls, or interfere with the service;
• use CycleIQ unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

5. Who owns what

CycleIQ's readings, phases, scores, evidence text, design, software and other content are owned by Jugaad Analytics, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't transfer any of them to you.

The filings themselves are public records of the SEC. Market prices and other data from third-party providers belong to those providers and are used under their terms.

6. Data sources

CycleIQ is built from public SEC filings: quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), institutional holdings reports (Form 13F) and adviser registrations (Form ADV), together with market prices and other data from third-party providers. Filings reach us 40 to 90 days after a quarter ends, filers make errors, and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We work to process data accurately but don't guarantee it.

7. Changes to CycleIQ

We keep improving CycleIQ. We may add, change or remove features, and refine how readings are calculated. Because each company is measured against its own history, its past readings are recalculated as new filings arrive; each monthly update's readings are saved as published. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CycleIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that CycleIQ will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and any warranties of merchantability or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jugaad Analytics, Inc. and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of CycleIQ, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to CycleIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or misuse CycleIQ, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from it, including legal fees.

11. Suspension and closing accounts

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or when the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and disputes, survive after an account closes.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use CycleIQ after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about CycleIQ. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
